Pendurthi – During the ‘Idem Kharma’ state program held in Pendurthi, Visakha district, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu made several claims, including his role in making Amaravati the capital and his plans to develop Visakhapatnam as a tourist center. Speaking at the event, Naidu stated, “We will complete the Uttarandhra Sujala Sravanti project once TDP comes to power. TDP will address the issues faced by the Panch villages. We have created 7,000 jobs in Uttar Andhra. Is it possible to build houses on cent land? During our tenure, we allocated 3 cents of land for housing. Houses should be provided where there are no problems. Why haven’t the 20,000 Tidco houses been completed? Fishermen in Beemili were promised houses but did not receive them. Chief Minister Jagan is deceiving the poor in the name of welfare and housing. He is spreading false propaganda about discontinuing schemes if he comes to power. It was the Telugu Desam Party that initially introduced welfare programs in the state. We know how to create wealth, while they know how to accumulate debt.”

Naidu also commented on the upcoming elections, stating that they might be held in November or December. Despite claiming a lack of financial resources, he emphasized his trust in the power of the public. He stated, “The next election should be the final journey to victory. If they want to come, I will come again. This is a battle of Kurukshetra, and the Kauravas must be defeated.” Naidu further alleged instances of violence and harassment against his party members, including a murder accusation and incidents involving MP Raghurama and Adireddy Apparao’s family. He also claimed that a doctor in Narsipatnam was subjected to torture for requesting a mask.

Chandrababu Naidu’s speech highlighted his plans for development, criticized Chief Minister Jagan’s policies, and set the stage for the upcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh.
