In a grand culmination, the five-day Ashtottara Kundatmaka Chandi Rudra Rajasyamala Sudarsana Sahitha Sri Mahalakshmi Yagnam concluded at the IGMC stadium in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday, May 17. The elaborate ceremony, aimed at ushering prosperity and well-being for the state and its people, witnessed the presence of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, along with esteemed dignitaries.

Among the prominent attendees was Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Trust Board Chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy and Endowments Minister Kottu Satyanarayana. The Chief Minister was accorded a traditional welcome by Vedic pandits before participating in the ‘Poornahuti’ ceremony. As a gesture of reverence, he presented a silk saree to the presiding deity and actively engaged in the concluding rituals.

The ‘Poornahuti’ ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed spiritual leaders, including Avadhoota Datta Peetham chief Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamy, Sri Subudhendra Teertha of Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt (Mantralayam), and Sri Swaroopanandendra Swamy of Sarada Peetham (Visakhapatnam), along with other revered pontiffs.

Notable government officials in attendance included Ministers T. Vanitha (Home), Botsa Satyanarayana (Education), and Jogi Ramesh (Housing), along with Endowments Commissioner S. Satyanarayana.

The successful culmination of the Yagnam marked a significant event in the state’s spiritual and cultural calendar, emphasizing the government’s commitment to the well-being and prosperity of Andhra Pradesh and its citizens.
