New asphalt roads were being laid on top of the existing ones, while vehicles, including a car and a two-wheeler, were left abandoned at different spots. When approached for comments, the GVMC contractor, Kurmanath, explained that attempts were made to contact vehicle owners obstructing the construction. However, in some cases, owners were unavailable, causing delays in the removal process. The contractor assured that efforts would be made to locate vehicle owners promptly and complete the road works as planned.
