Recognizing the significance of their visit, Union Minister Kishan Reddy promptly issued orders to ensure special arrangements were made for their comfort and convenience.

Upon their arrival in Visakhapatnam via a chartered flight, a designated escort vehicle awaited the Myanmar representatives. This special transportation was arranged by a Sub-Inspector (SSI) level officer, acting on the instructions of the Collector. With all arrangements in place, the delegation was swiftly transported to the picturesque Sankaram Bojjanna Hill, where they were warmly received by District Tourism Officer Das.

The representatives wasted no time in immersing themselves in the cultural and historical treasures of the hill.
