Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), a unit of RINL, organized a customer meet at Gurajada Kalakshetram in Visakhapatnam on Monday. The event saw the participation of approximately 100 customers from across India, including export customers.

During the meeting, Atul Bhatt, the CMD of RINL-VSP, expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support received from the customers in times of need. He urged them to actively contribute to the company’s growth trajectory and help increase RINL’s market share.

Mr. Bhatt also informed the attendees that the plant is prepared to enhance its production capacity starting from August of this year. He assured the customers that their requirements would be met in full with the improved production levels.

D.K. Mohanty, the director (commercial) of RINL, provided an overview of the global and domestic market scenario. He assured the customers that RINL is committed to safeguarding their interests and will continue to do so in the future.

Following the meeting, a group of customers were given a tour of various production units within RINL as well as the central dispatch yard of the marketing division. This hands-on experience provided the customers with insights into the operational processes and quality standards maintained by the company.

The customer meet served as a platform for RINL to strengthen its relationship with its valued customers, ensuring mutual growth and success in the competitive steel industry.
