The Yuva Galam padayatra launched by Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national general secretary N. Lokesh is gaining significant popularity, causing concerns within the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), according to TDP general secretary and north Andhra in-charge Buddha Venkanna.

During a media address, Venkanna highlighted that the Yuva Galam padayatra has successfully completed 100 days, with Lokesh proving himself as a capable leader who has connected with various sections of society. He firmly stated that Lokesh would lead the party after N. Chandrababu Naidu, leaving no room for doubt.

Venkanna further mentioned that Lokesh plans to cover all 175 constituencies in the State within the next 300 days, emphasizing that the issues raised by the people during the padayatra would be discussed at the TDP Polit Bureau meeting.

Regarding the attachment of alleged properties belonging to TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati, Venkanna denounced it as a vindictive act.

In response to Minister Gudivada Amarnath’s statements about Kapus feeling deceived by JSP president Pawan Kalyan aligning with the TDP, Venkanna ridiculed Amarnath, highlighting his own party-hopping history and asserting that Pawan Kalyan has the support of the Kapu community unlike Amarnath himself.
